s Fancy Tuna Steak Salad   

A light but satisfying lunch choice to give you that added energy for the afternoon snorkel.

Yields: 6 Servings


6 Tuna steaks
Mandarin orange slices
Romaine lettuce
Carrots, shredded
Pine nuts
Feta cheese
Sliced or chopped red beets
Ginger and Soy Wonton strips
WishBone Light Asian with Sesame and Ginger Vinaigrette

Lightly cook tuna steaks in butter and soy sauce.
Create salad of romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, pine nuts and feta cheese. Surround with alternating beets and mandarin oranges. Top with ginger and soy wonton strips.
Lightly drizzle Asian vinaigrette over salad. Top with tuna steaks.
