s Dark Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Icing   

Yields: 8 Servings


3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups cold water
3/4 cup cooking oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons cider vinegar

Mix dry ingredients. Make 3 holes. Place water and oil in one hole. Vinegar in second hole. Vanilla in third hole. Mix well.
Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Note:  NO Eggs needed!
