s Bananas Flambé s   

Yields: 4 Servings


2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 bananas peeled and sliced lengthwise
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup dark rum (Pusser's is best)
1/4 cup crème de banana

Combine the butter and brown sugar in a skillet and cook over medium heat until the mixture forms a syrup (about three minutes). Add the banana slices and cinnamon to the pan and sauté for 3 minutes. Turn the slices gently to coat them with the syrup. Add the rum and crème de banana and touch a match to the liqueur.
