s Banana Bread   

Descrived by our guests as the best and moistest banana bread ever tasted.

Yields: 10 Servings


2 medium bananas mashed
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 egg yolks
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter (melted)

Mix all above ingredients until ceamy adding melted butter last. If the batter looks too runny due to large and very ripe bananas add a little more flour till batter is consistency of cake batter. Pour into loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Note: you do not need to grease or flour pan.
