s Baked Pears s   

Yields: 6 Servings


1 pear per person peeled halved and cored.
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Place the prepared pears in a baking dish. In a small pan heat butter until melted and add the brown sugar, stirring until the brown sugar is dissolved. Pour the mixture over the pears. Bake at 350 deg. for 10-15 minutes or until pears are lightly softened. After removing the pears place on serving plates. Drizzle with heavy cream. Garnish with grated dark chocolate.
